She has been providing expert advice related to day-to-day international trade compliance issues to clients in a number of industries for over 20 years.

Cora Di Pietro leads Livingston International’s Canadian consulting practice, pursuing strategic opportunities to grow the business with clients engaged in international trade, helping them minimize risk and achieve higher levels of regulatory compliance.

Cora has been advising clients on day-to-day international trade compliance issues for more than 20 years. Highly knowledgeable in all areas of valuation, tariff classification, free trade agreements, security regulations, marking rules, export controls and tax, Cora has played a key role in helping large U.S. clients expand their business into the Canadian market.

Cora is an active member of the American Association of Exporters and Importers (AAEI), the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, the International Compliance Professionals Association (ICPA), Importer/Exporter Canada (IE Canada), the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones and the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America.

She has lectured on international logistics at the Forum for International Trade Training as well as on NAFTA and other free trade agreements at the International Small Business Development Center for the Greater Texas area. She is also a frequent speaker for the AAEI, IE Canada, ICPA, AIAG and other trade associations. She has also spoken at the U.S. embassy in Ottawa, the Border Trade Alliance, and the Virginia Conference on World Trade, and has authored numerous articles and papers for various technical publications.
